Section 14
Inability to take shares of the barter market
(1) The following persons or organizations may not purchase shares of the commodity exchange market:-
(a) the period of twelve years has not lapsed in the proceedings relating to Damasahi,
(b) being a shareholder of another commodity exchange market,
(c) Being ineligible to enter into a contract according to the prevailing law,
(D) Not having completed the period of three years of being blacklisted or removed from such list according to the prevailing law,
(e) In the case of a natural person, who has been found guilty by the final judgment of the court on charges of corruption, money laundering and financial investment in terrorist activities,
(f) Government funds due,
(g) having been convicted of a criminal offense involving moral turpitude,
(h) Being in other conditions as specified.
(2) If a person or organization who is unable to purchase shares in accordance with sub-section (1) acquires shares in any way, or if a situation arises as per sub-section (1) after purchasing shares, such shares shall be sold or transferred to someone else within thirty-five days.
(3) If the shares are not sold or transferred within the period specified in sub-section (2), the board will confiscate such shares.
(4) The shares seized as per sub-section (3) shall be sold by the Board as prescribed.
